WHY DIDN'T I RECEIVE MY FULL REFUND?
You will be refunded the original price paid for the item, minus any shipping fees.
Original shipping costs are not refunded.

WHAT IS THE RETURNS POLICY?
We accept orders for return or exchange within 60 days from the date of purchase. Your items must meet the following criteria:
- Items cannot be worn and must be in new and unused condition.
- Items must not be washed.
- Items must be odorless.
- Items must have all original tags attached and intact.
- "Items must not be worn" policy applies to underwear and all active and training shorts due to their interior liners.
- Items marked as “Final Sale”, purchased from 3rd Party vendors, and/or Alternative Retail Warehouse Sales are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Each order can only be exchanged up to 3 times. After that, it becomes final sale. No exceptions.

WHY DIDN'T I RECEIVE MY FULL REFUND?
You will be refunded the original price paid for the item, minus a return label fee.
Return shipping label fees are waived for exchanges or store credit returns.
Original shipping fees, return shipping fees, as well as any Duty and taxes incurred, are non-refundable.
For purchases made with a gift card, the refund will be issued back to the original gift card.
